Major League Pest was founded in 1992 by Tom and Elizabeth Dillard. Paul and Linda Wynhamer purchased the company from the Dillards in 2014, allowing the Dillards to spend more time with their family. Since then, Paul and Linda have continued to grow the company with a clear mission to build lasting relationships and deliver a higher standard of service to every customer.
Today, that mission extends even further, with a specialized focus on protecting the structural integrity of homes through advanced inspection, diagnosis, and treatment solutions that go far beyond traditional pest control.

Meet Linda’s buddy Reagan, also called “Rae.” She’s 6 years old and stuck to Linda like glue. She spends most of her time with Saint and Linda, but she also loves playing tug of war with employees and sleeping under desks. Her double coat is very thick and we protect her from fleas and ticks with a service at our home.

Our administrative lead brings 25 years of experience managing construction oversight, escrow timelines, and customer service, while our construction specialists have spent more than 25 years performing termite and dry rot repairs.
Most of our remaining team members bring 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience, and our senior team has worked together for over two decades. Collectively, we have the licensing, knowledge, and coordination to solve any problem, whether individually or as a team.
