Pavement Ants are about 1/8 of an inch in length and range from light brown to black in color. Clean out any cabinets infested with ants and ensure the perimeter of your home is free of any debris/clutter prior to service from our ant control company. Any pet items, including bedding, food, and water bowls, will need to be removed from the perimeter.
Once the first treatment is done, you should benefit from a decrease in ant activity around your home as the pest control begins to take effect. Ants may continue to appear for a short period as colonies are disturbed and hidden members are forced out. The complete life cycle of ants from egg to adult typically spans several weeks, depending on the species and environmental conditions.
After we have taken care of an ant problem once, you will need us again to continue to eliminate them from your home. If necessary, we also schedule additional visits until your property has been completely cleared of ants.
